The crucibles
melting furnaces are intended for melting a small amount of metals with a melting point of
1200°C. They are especially suitable for melting gold, silver, bronze, brass and
of their alloys in a graphite crucible.
Furnaces are supplied in two designs. The smaller furnace is equipped with analog regulation with coarser temperature settings.
The base of the furnace is a steel lacquered casing, the upper part and the hinged lid from
stainless steel. Heating spirals made of Swedish material KANTHAL A1 are
coiled on a ceramic cup. The heating has fiber corundum insulation
ceramics. This achieves a low surface temperature of the furnace shell and
safe operation. In terms of electrical protection and furnace safety
meets the requirements of Czech and European standards for electrical operation
appliances.
