Jewellery furnaces are designed for metal melting of small amount with maximal 1200°C melting point. They are suitable especially for gold, silver, bronze, brass and their alloys melting in a graphitic crucible.

The furnaces are made in two variants. The smaller furnace is equipped with analogue regulation with imprecise temperature setting. The precise programmable controller CLARE controls the bigger one.
The base of the furnace is a painted steel cover; the top part and the tiltable top-cover are stainless. The heating elements from the Swedish Kanthal A1 material are wound up the ceramic crucible. The fibre corundum ceramic cover insulates the heating. Therefore, low surface temperature and safe operation are gained. Concerning electric protection and safety the furnace meets the Czech and European standard requirements for operation of electric appliances.
